This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects encountered under normal, intended use during the warranty period. If a defect arises due to workmanship or material flaws, WATCH ENCLAVE LTD will repair or replace the product or its defective components at no cost.

Every new watch purchased from Watch Enclave includes a 2-year international warranty from the original purchase date—assurance of authenticity, durability, and long-term performance.

  • Our service team evaluates your claim. If eligible, the watch is repaired using new or professionally refurbished parts.
  • If repair is not possible, a replacement of equal or higher value will be offered.
  • If neither is viable, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear, etc.)

Claims must be submitted within 2 years of purchase. For missing parts or accessories, please claim within 60 days of delivery.

Return items must be securely packed, preferably in original packaging. We may request a physical inspection at our authorised service centre or by an independent expert. Upon validation, the product will be repaired, replaced, or credited per evaluation.
