Orders placed by 11:00 (UK time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 or on weekends/UK public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas), processing may take slightly longer—if any delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.

United Kingdom: Free Next-Day Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed by 11:00 are dispatched the same business day and delivered the next business day — at no extra cost.

Orders placed after 11:00: Dispatched the next business day; delivery is usually the following business day after dispatch.

International Shipping: Delivery to most countries worldwide. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

We strive to meet all delivery estimates, but courier delays can occur due to weather, customs, or strikes.

Domestic (UK): We ship to all regions of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours after dispatch.

For orders outside the UK, import duties or taxes may apply, determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. WATCH ENCLAVE LTD cannot estimate or control these fees. If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office for assistance.

We ensure secure packaging, but if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and we will liaise with the carrier to investigate and assist with any claim. Keep all original packaging and items until the investigation is resolved.
