If you find an identical timepiece advertised at a lower price by another authorised UK retailer, we’ll gladly match that price — subject to the conditions below.
If you’ve found a lower price on the same watch elsewhere, contact us with proof and your details:
- A valid product link, dated screenshot, or catalogue image showing the lower price
- Your full name, contact details, and (if applicable) your order number
Our team will review your request and respond within two (2) working days to confirm eligibility and next steps.

To qualify for a price match, the item must:
- Be identical in every detail — brand, model/SKU, colour, specification, and packaging
- Be brand new, unused, and undamaged (not refurbished, ex-display, or pre-owned)
- Be sold by an officially authorised UK retailer (not marketplaces, private sellers, or grey-market dealers)
- Be advertised and sold in £ GBP, with the final price including VAT and shipping
- Be in stock and available for immediate dispatch (delivery within 2–3 business days)
- Applies to personal purchases only — one (1) item per customer
- The eligible purchase at Watch Enclave must be completed within seven (7) days of price match approval
- Excludes bundle deals, flash sales, coupon codes, membership discounts, referral credits, or pricing errors
- Not valid with finance-only promotions or other Watch Enclave discounts
- All price matches are subject to verification and approval by WATCH ENCLAVE LTD
If you discover a lower eligible price within 7 days after your purchase, contact us with proof. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund of the difference to your original payment method. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify.
