- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and protective materials must be included.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including bracelet resizing) cannot be accepted for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Typical Royal Mail tracked returns are ~£8, depending on size and service.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return cost may be deducted where applicable.
After we receive your item, it undergoes quality inspection. We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp once reviewed.
If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 2–10 business days (provider dependent). Refunds apply to the product price only; initial shipping fees aren’t refundable.
